Our
Vision
Our aim is to be a group of Christians building a church that is a source
of blessing for the people of our communities, by sharing the good news
of the transforming power of the love of Jesus, in both proclamation, demonstration
and worship, in unity with other local churches.

Christian church
A group of people who have put their faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and
Saviour and who are seeking to follow Him in His example of speech, life
and love.

Source of blessing
A reservoir of love, joy and peace flowing out to others. A place where
anyone can come to find faith in God, healing, comfort, strength and encouragement.

People and Communities
Everyone is someone special, uniquely made by God and precious to Him.
He is interested in the individual and we endeavour to help each person
to find their security self-worth and significance, bringing joy and new
purpose to individual lives, families and communities.

The good news of the transforming power of the love of Jesus
The Gospel or good news tells of the undeserved love of God in Jesus towards
each of us and brings an opportunity for forgiveness and healing by the
power of the Holy Spirit, meeting our deepest needs and transforming our
lives, giving us freedom from guilt and fear and bringing a deep sense
of peace and joy.

Proclamation
Preaching, teaching and sharing from the Bible and holding fast to the
principles and truths of the word of God allowing it, by the Holy Spirit,
to impact lives bringing revelation and change to all generations and
in all circumstances.

Demonstration
Serving one another in the church fellowship and in our communities by
giving time and energy to caring for the needs of others. Praying for
those in need of any kind and seeing the power of the Holy Spirit bring
healing and deliverance, changing circumstances and situations.

Worship
Spending time focusing on God both personally and corporately, expressing
through song, prayer, giving and serving one another, a life of thanksgiving
for His love expressed in Jesus to each one of us, through the power of
the Holy Spirit.

Unity with other local churches
United in the essentials of Biblical faith, accepting diversity in secondary
matters and endeavouring to work together to share the love of Jesus and
the profound impact He can have in individual lives and the communities
where we live.
